The Beyond Boundaries Media Forum (BBMF) represents the next chapter in a long-standing journey of connecting African and Diasporic creatives to global opportunity.
Building on decades of international work forging meaningful collaboration across continents, Founder Lisa Wickham, President & CEO of Imagine Media International Limited, brings deep experience in aligning creatives, institutions, and markets across diverse cultural and economic contexts.
With BBMF, Lisa and Producing Partner Nozipho Ndweni intentionally expand and refine this vision, shifting from dialogue to structured pathways for collaboration.
Bold, inclusive, and impact-driven, BBMF will deliberately pair seasoned producers from active co-production territories with high-potential peers from regions where treaty opportunities remain under-utilised. Anchored in South Africa, the Forum positions Africa and the Diaspora at the centre of a new global media conversation, one defined by equity, access, and forward-looking collaboration.
